In terms of urbanism, we have the know-how to ensure specialised service in monitoring the dynamics of territorial planning and the control of urban operations and economic activities, expropriation processes and procedures concerning the delimitation, exploitation and use of property in the public domain.

Notary and Registry Department

Our office also has a notary and registration department to formalise purchases and sales, mortgages and horizontal property deeds, as well as subsequent registrations. This is a significant full service, which allows providing comprehensive advice, guaranteeing the customer a “one-stop shop” in real estate transactions.
