FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PARTICIPATION UNITS (SHARES) OR PARTS OF NON-REAL ESTATE COLLECTIVE ENTITIES,
established under Portuguese law, which maturity, at the moment of the investment, is, at least, of five years and, at least, 60% of the companies with head office in Portugal.

Investment Book – Nr. 3 - CREATION OF AT LEAST 10 JOB POSITIONS, THROUGH THE EFFECTIVE HIRING OF EMPLOYEES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS AND THE SUBSEQUENT REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYEES AT SOCIAL SECURITY.

CREATION OF AT LEAST 10 JOB POSITIONS, THROUGH THE EFFECTIVE HIRING OF EMPLOYEES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS AND THE SUBSEQUENT REGISTRATION OF EMPLOYEES AT SOCIAL SECURITY.
The number of jobs created may be reduced to 8 job positions, where the jobs are created in a low density population territory (NUTS III level with less than 100 inhabitants per Km2 or PIB per capita less than 75% of the national average.
