The Litigation and Arbitration Department of our Law Firm is dedicated to various areas of intervention: Pre-litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial and Corporate, Labor, Criminal, Misdemeanor, Administrative and Tax.
BR provides legal assistance in claiming several types of credits arising from the provision of services or supply of goods from their Clients, aiming at a pre-litigation stage to recover overdue and unpaid credit, while making the follow up with the Clients regarding the elaboration of payment agreements.
BR is also dedicated in providing assistance in all kinds of means of Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR"), besides the judicial procedure, whether in advising and representing Clients in arbitrations and mediations, promoting and establishing arbitration in their contracts, as in the selection of Arbitration Centers.
BR provides support for the resolution of disputes to protect the rights of the Clients, providing legal action and support within the Portuguese courts and arbitrators.
Our Law Firm has a strong practical intervention in the courts, ensuring the monitoring on a daily basis of court cases entrusted by our Clients.
